Three Intermezzos for Brass Trio

Composed for Pinnacle Brass of the University of Arkansas, Eric Ewazen’s THREE INTERMEZZOS FOR BRASS TRIO are an inviting and expressive addition to any ensemble’s repertoire. Frequently joyous and dance-like, at other times introspective and lyrical, the varied character of the music recalls the diverse applications of the title “intermezzo” in music history.
