Suite from "The Planets"

The Planets Suite complete is now available. Mars, Venus, Mercury, Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus & Neptune bring magic from the score into the concert hall. Holst has written a score and Ralph Sauer has transcribed it in such a way, that the dramatic, mystical sounds, harmonies and quirky dance-like rhythms are perfectly meshed for 14-part Brass Ensemble with Timpani and Percussion.

Scored for: 4 Trumpets in C (separate B-flat parts are included), 4 Horns in F, 3 Trombones, Tenor Tuba, 2 Tubas, Timpani and two Percussion parts.

This suite of seven movements is suitable for advanced performers.
